11 · Performance Creative

Performance creative agency ads designed to be tested, killed, and scaled.

Thumb-stopping is worthless if it does not convert. We produce static, motion, and UGC against a testing matrix: hook, offer, proof, CTA. Winners get more budget. Losers get a post-mortem, not a trophy.

Faster learning. Lower CPA. Less creative fatigue.

Direct answer

What is performance creative?

A performance creative agency produces ads for testing — static, motion, and UGC — against a matrix, not a moodboard. SpikeROAS sits creative next to media buyers so feedback from CPA hits the next sprint in days, not a quarterly brand review.

Cannes is not the brief. The brief is the hook that survives the first three seconds and the offer that sales can honor. We steal from comments, search terms, and call recordings. Then we produce enough variants that paid social is not starving.

Fit

Who this creative desk is for

Teams whose media is capped by creative — not by budget.

Paid social accounts

Meta and TikTok need 5–10 variants per concept or the algorithm starves. We are the supply.

YouTube & demand gen

Skip-proof first five seconds. Six to fifteen seconds with an offer beats a 60-second brand film.

Lead gen & services

Proof, offer, and native UGC that does not look like a banner. On-brand without being precious.

Who we will not take

  • Brand films with no KPI and a six-month production.
  • One hero ad a quarter. That is not a test program.
  • Teams that will not retire losers because a founder likes the cut.

The leak

Why creative becomes the bottleneck

Media without supply

'Send us assets' emails. The account runs three tired ads into fatigue.

Awards as the brief

Pretty, untested, unkillable. Performance creative has a funeral for ads that miss.

No hypothesis

40 random variants. Noise. The matrix exists so volume still has a point of view.

Slow feedback

CPA data sits in Ads Manager. The studio never hears. We pair the pods.

On the desk

What the creative engine produces

Production at test volume, scored weekly, retired without ceremony.

Static, motion, UGC

Whichever the test says. Many US categories win on native UGC; some need polish. We run both.

Hook libraries

By audience and offer. Stolen from comments, queries, and sales calls — then rewritten for the feed.

Platform specs

9:16, 1:1, 16:9, Reels-native. Specs are the job, not an afterthought crop.

Winner / killer report

Weekly. What to scale, what to kill, what to learn from.

Fatigue calendar

Replacement before frequency murders CPA. Not after.

Direct pairing

Creative sits with media. No 'throw it over the wall.'

Pricing philosophy

No fake menu. An honest gate.

Creative is scoped on volume (concepts × formats × weeks), not a single hero film. If you need one brand spot, we may not be the shop — unless it still has a KPI.

  • UGC and studio can mix. The test decides.
  • Best paired with paid social or the full performance desk. Creative without a media operator is a content drop.
  • We do not bill for ads you are not allowed to kill.

The call

What happens in 30 minutes

  • Show the ads that are live and the ones you are proud of. Those are often different sets.
  • We will tell you if you need volume, a new offer, or both.

Proof we will publish

Case studies live here — with numbers, not adjectives.

Named performance creative work is going on Work as we can show it. Until then, ask on the call for the scoreboard in your category. We will not invent logos or fake ROAS.

  • Your ad accounts stay in your name
  • Weekly kill / hold / scale memo
  • A 30-minute working session, not a pitch deck

FAQ

Questions we get about Performance Creative

Do you do brand films?

We do performance brand — stories that still have a KPI. Cannes is not the brief. If you need a 90-second manifesto with no auction, hire a brand shop.

UGC or studio?

Whichever the test says. Many US categories win on native UGC; some need polish. We run both and let CPA pick.

How many ads per month?

Enough to feed the matrix without random noise. Typical sprints are weekly hook replacements, not a quarterly dump. Volume is scoped on the call.

Do you need our product in-house to shoot?

Sometimes. Often we work from samples, existing footage, creator UGC, and screen recordings. We will tell you if a shoot is the bottleneck.

Who owns the files?

You do. Source files and working ads stay in your drive and ad accounts.

Can you work with our brand guidelines?

On-brand without being precious. If the guideline forbids anything that can win an auction, we will say the guideline is the constraint.
