These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flowreply (“Flowreply”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, applications, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms).

By accessing or using Flowreply, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind a business or organization to use Flowreply. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

Flowreply provides tools to manage, respond to, and automate conversations and engagement across social platforms, including:

• Facebook Pages

• Instagram Business accounts

• Messages, comments, and ad interactions

Features may include unified inbox, automation workflows, comment moderation, analytics, and content publishing.

3. Account Registration and Access

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities conducted under your account

• Ensuring that all connected social accounts are owned or properly authorized by you

We may suspend or terminate access if unauthorized or abusive use is detected.

4. Meta and Third-Party Integrations

When you connect Facebook or Instagram accounts:

• You authorize Flowreply to access Platform Data as permitted by Meta permissions you approve

• Platform Data is used only to provide approved features

• You may revoke access at any time via Meta settings

Flowreply complies with Meta Platform Policies and does not use Platform Data for advertising or resale.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or misleading messages

• Violate Meta policies, community guidelines, or applicable laws

• Use automation for abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes

• Access accounts or data without authorization

Flowreply reserves the right to restrict usage that violates these Terms or platform rules.

6. User Content and Messaging

You are solely responsible for all content, messages, replies, and automations sent through Flowreply. Flowreply does not review or approve user content and is not liable for messages sent on your behalf.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of Flowreply is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data and Platform Data. By using Flowreply, you agree to the processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Platform Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements. Users may disconnect accounts or request data deletion at any time by contacting support@flowreply.io.

9. Subscription, Fees, and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All Flowreply software, trademarks, branding, and content are owned by Flowreply or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our intellectual property without permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Breach Meta or third-party platform policies

• Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior

You may stop using Flowreply at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flowreply is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowreply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowreply from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of third-party platform integrations.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flowreply after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Data Deletion Instructions

Flowreply is committed to protecting user privacy and complying with Meta Platform Policies. Users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data associated with Flowreply, you can do so using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Disconnect Your Account

1. Log in to your Flowreply account

2. Go to Settings → Integrations

3. Disconnect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account

Once disconnected, Flowreply will stop accessing Platform Data and delete associated data from our systems within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

Option 2: Email Data Deletion Request

Send an email to rohan@spikeroas.com with the subject line:

“Data Deletion Request”

Please include:

• Your registered email address

• Your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account name

• Any additional details to help us identify your account

We will verify your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon request, we delete:

• Connected Facebook Page and Instagram account data

• Messages, comments, and engagement data stored in Flowreply

• Account-related metadata associated with your Flowreply profile

We do not retain Platform Data after deletion except where required by law or for security and compliance purposes.

Meta Platform Compliance

Flowreply’s data deletion process complies with Meta Platform Policies. Users may also remove Flowreply’s access at any time from their Facebook or Instagram account settings.
