1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments made to SpikeROAS are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Strategy development
- Ad campaign setup or management
- Creative asset production
- Landing page creation
- Reporting and analytics
Once we have initiated a project or campaign, the client is deemed to have agreed to the scope and deliverables, and payments will not be refunded.
2. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error or there is a discrepancy in the invoicing, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the invoice or making the payment. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
Clients may request to cancel recurring or retainer-based services with 14 days’ written notice. Any work performed or resources allocated during that period will be billed accordingly, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time or resources.
4. Refunds for Non-Performance
In rare cases where SpikeROAS is unable to deliver a service that has been explicitly paid for and not yet started, a full or partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Such cases will be reviewed individually and must be requested in writing via email to [email protected].
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of services. We strongly encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve billing issues directly.
